Remington Silk Waving Wand £35*
Here is a super quick review of Remingtons silk waving wand. My first and last experience of Remington is an interchangable styling tool set out for crimping, straightening and, honestly, just ripping hair out. That was my first ever hair styling product, and I can gladly announce that times have seriously moved on for Remington, phew. This waving wand has a slightly unique shaped barrel with a flattened edge, rather than round as so many seem to be. It has a handy swivel cord and is easy to use, but the buttons on the side are annoying - I kept having to check I hadn't changed the temperature, or turned the device off.
I have to admit, although I like it, its not my favourite. I think I prefer the Enrapture totem wand, or even the Toni and Guy reverse conical wand, but really, are they all that different from one another? This seems to give looser waves than the conical wand, and is lighter than Enraptures offering. The results are pleasing enough for me, and the second day hair is a million times better, although the longer the better really - Craving hair extensions again, and liking these Kapello ones Honestly, I have space for all three in my hair styling drawer, and I don't mind how excessive that sounds.
