Find Spa Shampoo £19.15*
Find Spa Scalp Mud £23*
Do you ever come to review something in fear that you'll never be able to portray the true awesomeness of the product? Well, this is how I feel about this shampoo and conditioner duo, from a relatively unknown brand and seemingly expensive, well, I can see why you'd have your doubts.
I'll cut to the chase before I dig a little deeper. This is by far, my absolute favourite shampoo and conditioner ever. And although it is £40 for the duo, for a litre of product, it works out cheaper than my other favourites from better known brands, like Kerastase.
I first discovered these products in Ragdale Hall. I'd noticed them in the shop but they hadn't really caught my eye enough to pick them up, but I did put my own shampoo and conditioner down in the shower to give this a go. Labelled as 'Scalp Mud,' it definitely sounded... Interesting.
The shampoo lathers well, and smells absolutely incredible. Its made up of coconut, lavender and jasmine, which doesn't sound like anything special, and I couldn't pick out any of those individually, but it truly smells fresh - I've even had comments towards how my hair looks and smells. It really lingers!
The Scalp Mud, or conditioner, combines dead sea minerals alongside plant extracts of coconut, grapefruit and peach. Unlike other conditioners, this is made to be applied to the scalp as well as the lengths of your hair, and it doesn't leave hair roots flat or lifeless as you'd expect conditioner to.
I don't know what kind of magic this blend is, but my hair is seriously shiny, soft and weightless after using this combo, every time. The kind of effect you get after visiting the hairdressers and you can't stop running your hands through your hair all day. Thats the biggest effect this has though, shine. So shiny that my dry, damaged hair actually looks and feels healthy, and I've no doubt that this product is going to change my hair somehow. It really does tick every possible box, and I recommend it to anyone. Definitely one for the repurchase list, and the 'Rhubarking mad' doggy shampoo they sent is pretty ace too - One for Amber!
