Liz Earle Pressed Powder £19.50*
Lets face it, if you're planning on wearing any make up right now, you're probably going to need some powder touch ups to keep shine at bay. This Liz Earle option comes neatly packed in a compact with the puff kept separately below the powder itself - Hello hygiene!
There are super light shades compatiable for paleys like me (This is Sheer Ivory 02, and its not even the lightest shade), and it does leave a really silky airbrushed finish. Its light, and doesn't leave that horrible dry feeling on your face as some powders do.
It doesn't have the highest level of coverage though it is an alternative to liquid foundation, perhaps if paired with some concealer for blemishes and under the eyes - This pressed powder is probably the most mattifying I've used, so I like to finish off with a spritz of setting spray to slightly soften the look. Its also ideal to finish off a light layer of the usual liquid foundation, and for touch ups when the shine patrol has swung by.
