Chloe Eau De Parfum 75ml £56.95 Escentual.com*
Recently I've noticed a change in the type of perfume I love. I usually go for really fruity, fresh and punchy, summery scents. As a self confessed perfume addict I've recently been picking up more feminine and floral fragrances with a somewhat mature note about them, and I'm welcoming the broadening of preference with open arms (Though now I'll have a hundred more perfumes to choose from).
Chloé Eau De Parfum is my most recently addiction, described as a vibrant, feminine fragrance with starting notes of peony, lychee and freesia. It features base notes blend rose, magnolia and lily of the valley, as well as amber and cedarwood.
Upon the initial spritz, a light rose scent evolves along with other floral notes, though settles into a warm, deep, and powdery rose scent with a somewhat earthy touch. The scent really lingers more than any other perfume I own, and I've had compliments on it every day since it arrived onto my dressing table and sprayed it lovingly onto my décolletage. Overall, its a lovely, long lasting predominantly rose scent (which I never thought I'd fall in love with considering my preference for citrus and vanilla) delivering a flirty, feminine aura.
Also, lets not pretend that the gorgeous packaging has nothing to do with our choice of perfume, this looks iconic, though understated. Not just a pretty scent y'know!
